The front desk person was nice. The location was okay. The reception area was nice. The bed was comfortable and there were no bed bugs. They switched rooms when I said the first one was smelly and dirty (I was traveling with a service dog and did not want them to think he left it in that condition). It is pet friendly, which is a plus for those traveling with pets.

Nothing for 2 days we got ate up my bed bugs and now disputing paying,had to throw all our clothes away,have to take my dog to the vet,they switched us next door room it had bed bugs which we found and put it in bags for them,owner very uncaring and rude,horrible horrible.

The staff was MORE than accommodating and just nice people. They went out of their way for me when they didn't have to which was just so kind. I really liked staying here after I had a disastrous 2 nights at a different hotel the nights prior. I will gladly stay here again. Great hotel and great staff. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option.

The breakfast was good. My kids loved the waffles, cereal and juice. The kids also liked the pool. It's located near a lot of restaurants and there are stores nearby also.
